In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to get hands-on experience and holistic exposure to the varied operations of our marketing team. We are looking for a curious and creative Marketing Operations Associate to provide analytical, creative, and administrative support to the team. Our ideal candidate is meticulous, values creativity, and is eager and ready to learn about marketing and be an impactful member of the team.

To be successful in this role, this individual needs to thrive in a fast-paced environment and know how to prioritize multiple tasks with varying urgencies, be comfortable in a variety of marketing functions, and ready to learn and execute new marketing processes. In addition to that, you must also have the ability to generate spreadsheets, analyze qualitative and quantitative data, and interpret KPI and ROI metrics.

What you’ll do:

  • Learning tools that marketing has in place to act as backup on various systems as needed
  • Managing day-to-day administrative tasks for ensuring that our marketing operations run smoothly
  • Marketing data stewardship- Assisting with data cleanliness in the various systems, merging like records, researching causes of bugs in order to correct processes
  • Providing support to team with ad hoc analysis and/ or the underlying data as needed
  • Provide tactical operational support and execution across a variety of marketing tools, systems, and processes such as website CMS, Marketing Automation, CRM databases, and Analytics & Reporting tools.
  • Daily processing of ad-hoc operational requests based on specific workflows.
  • Participate in operational improvement sessions with team leads and senior management.
  • Manage and maintain overall project (events, conferences, other marketing campaigns)
  • Assist with event communications and post-event engagement and coordinate communications across teams
  • Drive the advanced planning and detailed coordination of internal teams for the successful implementation of events

What You’ll Need:

  • 1-2 years of experience working in the Marketing area in a professional environment
  • A data driven and analytical mindset with a strong understanding of key marketing metrics.
  • Detailed-oriented, methodical and prefers a structured way of getting things done
  • Comfortable with large repetition of defined tasks, but also excited to take on a variety of dynamic work.
  • Proficiency in Windows, Microsoft Office Suite; comfort working in Excel
  • Able to consistently meet deadlines and problem-solve with strong attention to detail
  • Demonstrated interest in continued skills development, especially around digital marketing, data analytics, and technology tools
  • Strong interest in researching and learning new skills and digital systems
  • Prior experience with a CRM, CMS, Martech software is a strong advantage
